How long does it take for an application to be approved?
Once you have submitted your completed documents along with any required verification, we will verify your rental history, credit history, and income. Our approval process usually takes no more than 72 hours.
Which provider can I use for internet and cable?
Summit Broadband Once connected, you'll enjoy Lake Nona's gigabit fiber network, providing internet at speeds approximately 200x the average.
What are my options for paying rent?
Lake Nona Concorde offers an online resident portal where residents are able to set up automatic payments using a bank account, credit card, or debit card. You can use this portal to to schedule a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks in the office. We do not accept cash payments for rent.
Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?
Renters insurance is mandatory at Lake Nona Concorde. You will need to have at least $100,000 dollars in liability coverage for your apartment. If you have not purchased a policy, we will be happy to assist you in purchasing coverage through our preferred provider ePremium. We also highly recommend purchasing a policy to protect your personal belongings.
If my situation changes can I get out of my lease?
Yes, you can choose to end your lease early. Breaking your lease will result in the fee amount specified in your leasing agreement. Early notice is not required when you are breaking your lease, but you must pay the fee and turn in your keys on the day you vacate your home.
How do I set up my utilities?
Setting up utilities is easy at Lake Nona Concorde, simply contact OUC to set up your service.
Do I have to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome at Lake Nona Concorde! If you prefer to schedule a tour to ensure our availability when you visit, you can easily do so right from our website.
Which utilities are included in my rent?
Routine pest control is included in your rent. Our community's valet trash service is a mandatory $27 a month fee.
Is parking available?
Our community includes a sizeable parking lot for residents to enjoy along with accessible spots and guest parking.
Where are the washer and dryer/hookups?
Every home at Lake Nona Concorde includes a washer and dryer.
How big are the homes, and what type of floor plans does your community offer?
Lake Nona Concorde offers seven distinctive one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 691 square feet to 1,358 square feet.

During which time periods are the pools and decks available to use?
Lake Nona Concorde's resort-inspired pool & poolside aqua lounge is open from 9:00 AM to 7:45 PM all year, thanks to Florida's warm and sunny climate. Residents may bring up to two guests to the pool and must be present for the duration of their visit. If the pool or deck is closed for cleaning or inclement weather, we will alert residents to the closure.
Is there an on-site dog park?
We love to pamper our four-legged friends at Lake Nona Concorde! Our pet-friendly Orlando apartments include an on-site bark park and pet spa to keep your pets active and clean.
Which appliances come standard?
You'll find a full suite of appliances in your apartment at Lake Nona Concorde including a refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave, and washer and dryer.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
We are happy to offer furnished apartments with our partnership through CORT furnishings! We can supply everything you need, including linens and kitchen utensils. Please contact us for information about setting up your furnished apartment.
Are garages or covered parking available?
While Lake Nona Concorde offers ample parking for residents and guests, we do not offer covered parking.
Is your community pet friendly?
We welcome pets at Lake Nona Concorde. Two pets are allowed per residence. Please contact our office to for more information on our pet policy, including associated fees, pet rent, restricted breeds, and more.
What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?
We will thoroughly clean and inspect your apartment before you move in, address any maintenance issues, and provide a checklist for you to fill out and note any additional issues that are present upon your move-in. This checklist will be reviewed upon your move-out to ensure you are not charged for existing damages.
Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?
No, you do not have to be present if you have given us permission to enter while you are not home.
Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes! Lake Nona Concorde is a full-service apartment community, and we proudly provide on-site maintenance, along with 24-hour emergency maintenance.
An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?
If your apartment is in need of maintenance service, you can reach out to our team in several ways. Simply submit a service request via your online resident portal or call, email, or drop by the office at your conveneince. The resident portal is the most efficient way to notify our team of non-emergency maintenance needs.
How can I contact emergency maintenance?
We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance service at Lake Nona Concorde. Please note, if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately. If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, do not place a request via the resident portal. Call 1-(855) 600-2171 and you will be given the option to choose emergency maintenance from our menu. This will quickly route your call to the appropriate party.
What happens if I am locked out?
If you are locked out during business hours, our team will be happy to assist you. If you are locked out after business hours, please call our after-hours maintenance line. A team member will help you regain access to your apartment.
