Lake Nona Concorde offers an online resident portal where residents are able to set up automatic payments using a bank account, credit card, or debit card. You can use this portal to to schedule a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks in the office. We do not accept cash payments for rent. 

Renters insurance is mandatory at Lake Nona Concorde. You will need to have at least $100,000 dollars in liability coverage for your apartment. If you have not purchased a policy, we will be happy to assist you in purchasing coverage through our preferred provider ePremium. We also highly recommend purchasing a policy to protect your personal belongings. 

Summit Broadband Once connected, you'll enjoy Lake Nona's gigabit fiber network, providing internet at speeds approximately 200x the average. 

Yes, you can choose to end your lease early. Breaking your lease will result in the fee amount specified in your leasing agreement. Early notice is not required when you are breaking your lease, but you must pay the fee and turn in your keys on the day you vacate your home. 

Setting up utilities is easy at Lake Nona Concorde,  simply contact OUC to set up your service.  

Routine pest control is included in your rent. Our community's valet trash service is a mandatory $25 a month fee.

Lake Nona Concorde's resort-inspired pool & poolside aqua lounge is open from 9:00 AM to 7:45 PM all year,  thanks to Florida's warm and sunny climate. Residents may bring up to two guests to the pool and must be present for the duration of their visit. If the pool or deck is closed for cleaning or inclement weather, we will alert residents to the closure.

Every home at Lake Nona Concorde includes  a washer and dryer.

No, homes do not come furnished at our Lake Nona Apartments

Yes! If you desire a furnished apartment, our partner, CORT Furniture, can assist with your furniture needs as well as items such as linens, cookwear, electronics, and decor. 

While Lake Nona Concorde offers ample parking for residents and guests, we do not offer covered parking. 

We will thoroughly clean and inspect your apartment before you move in, address any maintenance issues, and provide a checklist for you to fill out and note any additional issues that are present upon your move-in. This checklist will be reviewed upon your move-out to ensure you are not charged for existing damages.

No, you do not have to be present if you have given us permission to enter while you are not home.

Yes! Lake Nona Concorde is a full-service apartment community, and we  proudly provide on-site maintenance, along with 24-hour emergency maintenance.

If your apartment is in need of maintenance service, you can reach out to our team in several ways. Simply submit a service request via your online resident portal or call, email, or drop by the office at your conveneince. The resident portal is the most efficient way to notify our team of non-emergency maintenance needs. 

We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance service at Lake Nona Concorde. Please note, if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately. If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, do not place a request via the resident portal. Call 1-321-319-5666 and you will be given the option to choose emergency maintenance from our menu. This will quickly route your call to the appropriate party. 

If you are locked out during regular business hours, we will gladly let you into your apartment free of charge. However, Lake Nona Concorde does not offer an after-hours lock-out service. If you find yourself locked out after business hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.
